Neurodivergent Events and Expertise from both Professional and Lived Experience.

I have created ND Experiences UK to offer my expertise and workshops to share my personal journey as a neurodivergent individual to offer a perspective rooted in both professional and lived experience.

I am ASC and ADHD combined, AuDHD. A late diagnosis at 30 years old. My goal is to raise awareness of the diverse and intricate behaviours associated with neurodivergence, highlighting not only the challenges but also the strengths that come with it.

I aim to provide guidance on how individuals can support themselves and how others can offer meaningful support.
