We don’t run rigid class programmes. We focus on functional fitness designed to motivate, challenge and put a smile on your face. You’ll always know what class you’ve booked onto - Cardio is 45 minutes of high energy work to get your heart-rate high and keep it there - but each instructor sets their own class and mixes up the format every time to keep you on your toes. We can add more or less challenge for each participant depending on their individual goals and abilities. We promise you won’t be bored in our club!

The best time to train is when it works for you. We have early morning classes at 6.15, full shower and changing facilities then a great coffee bar to grab a takeaway breakfast and head to work or the school run.
Don’t fancy an early alarm? Drop the kids off then head to open gym or a mid-morning class.
Only have a short lunch break to work out? No problem, we run express 30 min classes at lunch so you have time to workout, shower, change and get back to lunch at your desk!
For everyone else, there’s a full evening programme with classes or open gym from 18.00 till 21.00 each night. If you can make time for yourself, we’re sure you’ll find something on our timetable that fits!

When you feel like this, it’s really tough to make the first big step and come along for a trial. Even our fittest members started somewhere and our instructors are experts at modifying classes or individual exercises so that everyone gets the right workout. Arrive a few minutes early so you can have a chat with your instructor and let them know if there is anything you’re specifically worried about doing or just to let them know that you need to take it a bit easy. We are NOT a shouty bootcamp! We won’t call you out, embarrass you or make you feel like you’re not working hard enough.

Hey, we get it. You don’t need the latest gym kit or perfectly matching sets to get a good workout. And let’s face it, even in the most expensive sportswear, no one should be looking their best by the end of class if they were working hard! We know it’s easy to say, but everyone is here for the same thing and no one is looking at you - they’re just doing their own workout.
But if it makes you feel better, we don’t have ANY mirrors on the gym floor. Feel free to take a selfie at the end of class though!

We believe that getting more active benefits everyone and committing some of your time and budget each week to exercise is a great investment. We also know that once people join us, make friends, start to feel better and see those benefits, they want to keep making that investment. But sometimes the time just isn’t right or something changes and you can’t make the classes.
So we don’t tie anyone in with contracts or commitments. Completely free trial. Then a one-off joining fee. Then a monthly direct debit that you can cancel anytime - no questions.
