Hi, I’m Neringa Balande, the founder of Dove Nail House and Training Academy, and Dove Beauty House Salon in Crownhill. I’m a nail technician and educator specialising in builder gel / BIAB application and russian manicure.

I use e-file techniques to create clean, long-lasting nails and always look for ways to improve my work for my clients and students.

Since starting in the nail industry in 2015, I’ve had to rebuild my business three times after moving to different cities. Each time, I quickly filled my schedule, charged top prices, and even had a waiting list. I don’t just teach theory - I share the exact steps that helped me do it every time.
