Try Tag Rugby offers year-round social team games for adults in the Brighton & Hove area. Our leagues are for anyone who wants to play, regardless of gender, previous sporting experience or knowledge of the game. We welcome complete beginners through to those who have experience with a rugby ball.

This is not contact rugby, this is a mixed-gender social sport which is suitable for a wide range of people, who might not otherwise play sports. 90% of our members have never played any form of rugby before! Tag is easy to pick up, teams play a 40 minute social game each week, and we run across all seasons so you can play all year round.

The Tag community is growing and thriving in Brighton & Hove, with many people making friends for life. We host regular socials and events outside of the weekly games too, so if you're looking for your tribe, give us a Try!
