This retreat is a unique experience that takes you on a journey inwards using a guided meditation to connect you to your breath, body, the earth and the universe allowing you to remove what no longer serves you and invite in a positive change.

We have partnered with Flinders Coffee House, located on Haywards Heath High Street (how handy!) to bring you a morning of co-working with other RSGs! Come and try it out with us for the very FIRST time!

Whether you have life admin, work admin, work from home and need a change of space, run a business and are tired of working in your own home, or simply need that extra motivation from working around others – this one is for you.

Parking: Turn up drive with Trojan Rose offices at bottom of drive - take the first right into Park Farm-Farm yard and drive straight on and follow round to the back of Barn and park here.

We understand that coming to an event can be daunting if you haven't been to one before (or sometimes even if you have!). We really want you all to know that absolutely everyone on the Rural Sussex Girl group is welcome.

We are a group of kind, supportive and inclusive girls who are all here with the same thing in mind - to create some strong connections and quality friendships.

So please don't worry if you're feeling anxious as those anxieties will certainly fade once you’ve met us!
