Join Hummingbird Sounds and CJYoga for a mini retreat afternoon of Yoga and Sound at Profiles Studio in Hassocks.
We'll unwind to the magically meditative sounds of chimes, crystal singing bowls and the incredible gong before slipping into a slow, gentle Restorative Yoga practice. Cosy socks, blankets and cushions are encouraged!
We'll end with a chocolatey treat (Please make Caz aware upon booking if you have any dietary requirements.)
No yoga experience is required. Please bring a mat if you have one, or email cjyoga@yahoo.co.uk to borrow one.

Whether you have lived in the Sussex Countryside for as long as you can remember or you are new to the area, come and meet other Rural Sussex Girls for the Mini Retreat Afternoon.
We understand that coming to an event can be daunting if you haven't been to one before (or sometimes even if you have!). We really want you all to know that absolutely everyone on the Rural Sussex Girl group is welcome.
We are a group of kind, supportive and inclusive girls who are all here with the same thing in mind - to create some strong connections and quality friendships.
So please don't worry if you're feeling anxious as those anxieties will certainly fade once you’ve met us!
