Rural Sussex Girl Yoga and Coffee Morning
Join us for Yoga, Coffee and Cake in Hassocks on Saturday 9th December from 10.30am.
Our morning together will start with a Mindful Yoga Flow Class; a beginner-friendly session with gentle, slow, flowing movement to help you connect and unwind. No yoga experience required so if you've been thinking of trying yoga this is perfect for you!
After yoga, we'll take a very short walk from Profiles Studio down to Bella & Megs Cafe on Hassocks high street for coffee, cake and chats.

Join us on Sunday the 17th September at 11am with our Event Hosts Elizabeth & Mari who are on hand to host the event in style, and ensure everyone is comfortable and happy.

Tickets include one hot or cold non-alcoholic drink, and a small percentage of this fee goes towards City Girl Network to help keeping the cities running.
